Sauna rooms built like they are in Finland

A sauna lives or dies by its wood, its heater and its ventilation. We build traditional Finnish saunas in imported spruce and hemlock with stainless heaters and volcanic stones, and far-infrared cabins where lower temperatures and plug-and-play power make more sense.

Every build includes thermal insulation, correct air-gap ventilation and bench joinery rated for daily commercial use — the details that decide whether a sauna still feels right after five years.

How we work

  1. Site survey and usage assessment (home vs 12 hr/day commercial)
  2. Choice of build: Finnish dry sauna or far-infrared
  3. Wood selection: spruce, hemlock or abachi benching
  4. Heater sizing (6–9 kW) against room volume
  5. Insulation, vapour management and ventilation design
  6. Assembly, heater commissioning and handover

Common questions

Finnish or infrared — which should I choose?

Finnish saunas reach 80–100°C and give the classic löyly steam experience; infrared cabins run gentler at 45–60°C, consume about 60% less power and need no special civil work. Homes often choose infrared; gyms and hotels usually want traditional Finnish.

What does a sauna cost installed?

Compact 2-person cabins start around ₹3–4.5 lakh; commercial multi-tier saunas are quoted after survey. Wood grade and heater capacity are the main variables.

How long does a sauna installation take?

Typically 3–5 weeks: wood fabrication happens off-site, on-site assembly takes only a few days.

What maintenance does a sauna need?

Very little — periodic wood cleaning, stone replacement every few years on heavy use, and heater inspection. We offer AMC plans for commercial installs.
